Astral Detectors can point to Celestial Altar pieces carried by players

Recently when I and my friends tried to use Astral Detector to locate the positions of Lunar Island and Crab King, we noticed that Astral Detector would sometimes point to two (or more) obviously different direction and we couldn't know which was right. 

After doing some research, here is what I find:

The astral detector use submersible:GetUnderwaterObject() function to find the underwater altar pieces, but actually this function can find altar pieces that are carried by players too, so it can point to these altar pieces if two Sanctum pieces on the mainland are dug out already.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Astral Detectors to dig out two Sanctum pieces on the main island.

2. Carry a Sanctum piece.

3. Then use Astral Detectors to try to find Inviting Formation on Lunar Island.

(or carry the sanctum piece immediately after deploy astral detectors)

4. If the carried Sanctum piece has smaller GUID, the Astral Detectors should point to the carried Sanctum piece.
