in the archives there seems to be a an ambient sounds. these ambient sounds stop from structures from being placed near them. i tracked down the prefab for it is "archive_sound_sfx"

Steps to Reproduce
i first went into one of my old world i first thought it was the chandelier at first and thought it would be fixed. I then later went onto it and saw it was the same for diffrent spots without one of the chandeliers. Then i went onto one of my newer testing worlds typed c_gonext("archives_sound_sfx") and then saw it was the same for their.
