When spiders are sleeping you are able to pick them up as any character without using traps by holding spacebar despite the fact that option for picking up spiders is not showing up anywhere at all.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Choose any character that isn't Webber
2.Approach sleeping spider
3.Hold spacebar
4.You will pick up spider
