An occasional bother: controller auto-target becomes erratic near giant crops

Roughly every 1/4 of a second, the target highlight will alternate between self/no target and the giant crop, leading to annoyance, and potentially wasteful accidental actions.

Steps to Reproduce

While playing using a controller, stand close enough to a giant crop to target it. The issue presents itself within the outer half of the range in which the giant crop may be targeted. Closer than that and auto-target settles on the giant crop.
