hair_hat symbol isn’t animated or used in the clock attack animations, that means if you try to make a custom item builded from alarming clock char gets bald while attack.
I don't know if it's intentional or if they forgot, but I would be very happy if you guys add hair_hat symbol on attack
Below is an example of what happens, like, the character got bald while the attack animation is on

Use an object based on the alarming clock and attack with it
