After Hotfix 456207,mods download Again AND Again AND Again

When I get in game,all of the mod start downloading.After the game completed task of download and I restart the game,it starts downloading mos all over again.Besides,I do not enable any mod in my cluster,both serve and client.

Version: Don't Starve Together: 456207 LINUX_STEAM

Steps to Reproduce

1.start game

2.wait for mod finishing download

3.restart game

Have you manually deleted any file in steam or dst recently?

I feel sorry that i failed on keeping track of this report.Looks like this problem has been fixed somehow before April 2021.Thank you very much.
