Activating Shadow Rifts (hard mode caves) makes the caves inaccessible

Hello,

For this new update, we tried to activate Shadow Rifts and it made the caves inaccessible as well as preventing anyone in the caves from re-entering the game. 

Please note we removed all mods to see if this was a mod issue, and it was not.

Steps to Reproduce

Activate Shadow Rifts during the new patch (although we did not try activating it before this patch)

Go to bugs
