Ability to access the commands console in the menu

Console opens anywhere there is a front end to display it and console is enabled.

Changed Status to Closed

This feature is also functional for some (local) commands to do specific tasks, like:
- generating a cluster token
- manually connecting to a server

Probably a lot more as well.
