The probability of Surprising seeds coming out of the message bottle seems to vary for each character. If this isn't intentional, please fix this.
Steps to Reproduce
If I switch to a different character after 150 days when have reached the maximum probability, will revert to the probability from 150 days ago. This results in an absurdly low number of seeds. When I switch back to a character that has the maximum probability, it shows that the maximum probability is retained. This makes me wonder if the probabilities are intentionally applied differently for each character.
