When a user on the server wears the Premier Gardeneer Hat, the Host client ("the one who created the server") sees the overlay (screen effect and nutrients on the farm plot) from the hat without wearing it.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Host a server.
2.Craft (or spawn in) a Premier Gardeneer Hat.
3.Give the Hat to another user.
4.User equips the Premiere Gardeneer Hat.
5.The Host should see the Hat overlay without wearing one.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
