Can't use Oar after you switch Lag compensation from None > Predictive while you sailing on boat. Reloging Fixes it, but it's still anoying.

Steps to Reproduce
Sail in Ocean, then stop and switch Lag Compensation while standing on boat. After then equip oar and try to paddle
