Can't Pick anything like Flowers, Grass, etc.
Can pickup items like poop on the ground.
Steps to Reproduce
Generate World with all Defaults values on Endless mode.(I tried as Wilson & Willow, dunno if all characters are affected).
Try picking flowers or anything, nothing happens.
EDIT: Tried on a fresh survival world, same thing happens.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
