can't reburn it.

it also still takes and gives compost.

Steps to Reproduce

Burn the bin then relog into the server then the turn prompt is active again. another way that might work is going off screen, not 100% on that.

@zarklord_klei(sorry), tested this bug and its still here, you can relog a world and c_save() c_rollback() to reproduce it.
