Server Not Responding

My gf and I were able to host our own Gorge server and after several rounds we stopped for dinner. When we got back on we were no longer being able to connect to each others severs. We had been gone maybe 30mins at most. No new updates or anything. We just get the Sever Not Responding message. We can still join each others servers for regular DST servers though which we find odd that we can do that but no longer the gorge ones
