This happens in survival mode, too, but it's even worse with the Gorge's strict time limit and limited rabbits.
Steps to Reproduce
1. place down a rabbit trap 2. chase a rabbit into it 3. pick up the trap immediately after it catches the rabbit 4. you will get the trap but the rabbit will be deleted, not going in your inventory nor the ground
