issues with lag while having perfect connection?

im not sure whats going on ive been able to play mostly stable games for awhile sure id have a disconnect here and there and maybe small lagg spikes but now for some reason out of no where almost all games i try and play i try to move around and dont go anywhere or i lag and jitter around im not sure whats going on or causing it the connection seems fine and my computer has been able to keep it pretty stable before ill link my log im not sure if this is just on my end or a legit bug either way its hard to even get a single meal made if i go solo and on other servers i go to try and start my assigned job and just spazz out trying to do anything
