charcter getting stuck after a few seconds playing

after about 1 or 2 minute playing the event my friend is getting his charcter permanently stuck and unable to actually play i dont think its ping because the server shows up as having only 19-60 ping for him this is runining the experience and i was wondering if anyone knew any solutions
