You can't teleport with the lazy explorer and Wortox's soul hop in the final chamber of Sanctum.

I know that teleportation is generally disabled throughout Sanctum. 
But in my opinion, in the final chamber where combat occurs, teleportation should be allowed.


Steps to Reproduce

Go to the final chamber of Sanctum.

I disagree with enabling teleport here. It can reasonably be explained that magical wards across the Sanctum suppress all spatial magic. Making an exception solely for the final room would feel forced and break consistent worldbuilding. Blocking teleport also adds a moderate layer of combat difficulty. While this nerfs Wortox a little, he already outshines most other characters in numerous aspects, so the rule should not be altered specifically for him.

It also effectively disables his shadow and lunar affinity abilities though, since they rely on soul echoes to activate. I guess he can be a heal bot in multiplayer. IMO, I dislike that a pretty big portion of Wortox's kit and combat abilities are disabled, but since the guard towers aren't particularly difficult, it's not too big of a deal.
