You can't place pearls sturctures if you are in Moonkey island.

(I relocated her to mainland and it was fine, then tested if you can re-relocate her to Moonkey island. You can, but you can't build around her anymore.)

Steps to Reproduce

1 Relocate pearl to mainland and try placing her structures. It works.

2 Re-relocate pearl to Moonkey island and try placing her structures. It does n0t work.

Working as intended.

Pearl's decoration system is not active on the Moonquay Island and Lunar Islands.
