I was doing some testing and I assigned a area where woby can deliver items near the florid postern then I went to pear's island and made him deliver my stuff back to the designated area. When opening the map she (woby) was in the area where the chest was as it is supposed to. But after a while I noticed she wasn't returning and was still in the same place so I called her back (was still on pearl's island) about 3 mins after she was still nowhere to be seen, opening the map his icon was not visible either. I travelled to the main land and tried calling him back there, still nothing. So I returned to the area I designated him to deliver stuff, the chest in the designated area wasn't filled with the stuff the was on woby, and woby herself was still nowhere to be seen, in the map of after calling her back again.
Get the skill Woby here, Woby there. Assign a area with a chest for woby to deliver stuff to. Put a twig inside the chest and some on woby too, travel to pearl's island and use the woby here, woby there skill and select the area you marked. Once you see him in the map in the area you marked call her back.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
