A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Yeah the Woby meter for some reason seems to be a physical part of the world and is affected by both color filters and darkness, rather than being properly layered outside the world like the rest of the HUD. It's very odd.
