If you have precrafted unplaced structures and then take the "Portability" Skill in Winona's skill set, she is unable to place the structures that she precrafted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Play as Winona without the "Portability" skill selected
- Pre-craft but do not place some of her survivor exclusive structures (Winona's Catapult, Winona's Generator, etc)
- Select the "Portability" skill in game using an insight point
