Winona can fuel dismantled generators with nightmare fuel and pure horror without skills.
Without skills, Winona can't fuel deployed generators but can fuel dismantled ones.
Steps to Reproduce
1. don't learn any skill of using nmf or pure horror as fuel
2. make a generator and fuel it with nmf and pure horror
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
