Willow's Shadow Fire-Raiser skill does not appear, but spends Ethereal Ember

Fixed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use 4 or fewer Ethereal Embers in one slot to summon Shadow Flame

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
