willow fire spreading perk doesn't work for some loot

willows fire spreading prevention perk specifically calls out that any mob loot will only ever smoulder
this is not the case for spider gland and potentially other items that still catch fire and burn to ash
in certain instances

i came across this just normally fighting spider using fire perks to get embers

Steps to Reproduce

1) pick willows controlled burning perk
2) spawn a group of 10 or so spiders
3) light them on fire, like with combustion perk
4) when they die and drop gland some might catch fire
