willow fire absorption perk radius is too small

willow cannot use her lighter fire absorption perk to save a totally normal tree
whether from willow fires or normal fires
probably because the radius of the perk is too small given the hitbox of the totally normal tree

Steps to Reproduce

1) spawn or find a totally normal tree
2) set it ablaze either with willow fires or with normal fires
3) attempt to absorb the fire with willows lighter
