Why doesn't the hair on Maxwell, The vampiric's skin overlap over backpacks, vests or armor?

In characters with long hair by default there is no error. Why with his skin?

I've already reported it once and they fixed his hair disappearing when wearing a hat/helmet.

But not the chest items issue.

How is his rework I hope you guys please. Fix this once and for all.
