When using the Thulecite Slingshot Frame, the secondary shot cannot be aimed on controller.

Not sure if it's a bug per-say, but I'm fairly certain you're supposed to aim it in the same manner as the Scrappy Slingshot Frame.

I know this isn't related to the beta itself, but this issue has persisted since Walter's skilltree, so I'd really appreciate it being resolved as soon as possible. 

Steps to Reproduce

1) Use a controller. 

2) Play as Walter.

3) Install the Thulecite Slingshot Frame.

4) Use the secondary shot.

5) Watch to see that aiming it is fixed to be where Walter is currently facing, rather than being able to aim it manually.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

Enabled twinstick aiming for the Thulecite frame. It won't work exactly the same as Scrappy, since with this one you can move with left stick while aiming with right stick.
