When swapping characters, Backup Bodies won't remain bound to the player

As the title implies, when you swap characters via the Celestial Portal (or c_disconnect() I suppose), your Backup Chassis will become "unbound" until you physically interact with them, and also won't allow you to reconnect them via Remote Transfer. The only way to reconnect them is through physically walking up to them and interacting with them.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Play as WX and create a Backup Body anywhere

2) Switch to another character and back to WX (or simply switch to WX again), taking all of the Cold Standby perks and Remote Transfer

3) Note how you can't Transfer Consciousness to any of your placed backups, despite it appearing as if you can on the map
