Wagstaff Tool Names Changed (Unintended?)

As you can see in the attached images, the names for some of the Wagstaff tools are not what they normally should be. I asked a developer and he told me that he was unaware of such a change and that it should be investigated as a bug.

 

Let it be known that if this isn't a bug, I would really like to see this change walked back.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply view a Wagstaff Tool on the live branch and compare it to the name listed on the beta branch.

Go to bugs

So you're saying, the name of those items were always wrong? At this point it's probably better to not change it no?
