Now in the Beta Wagstaff is silent when passing by to show where his junk is which wasn't the case before.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make sure the Lunar Rifts are enabled.
2. Wait for Wagstaff to spawn pointing towards his junk.
3. Notice that there is no sound playing while he speaks.
