This is a client-side cheating mod that allows players to swing melee weapons in mid-air (at no target) to launch attack signals towards distant enemies. Previously, its impact was minimal, mainly used to maintain the transformation value of Woodie's Moose status and replace the attack lock of summoned characters.
However, when used with Moon WX, a mechanic that requires the player's main body to continuously attack to force clones to attack, this mod breaks the restriction entirely. It enables clones to target and attack distant enemies without the main body being in range or attacking.
Steps to Reproduce
- Subscribe to and enable the client-side mod "Void Targeting".

- Select the character WX-78 and summon a Moon Clone.
- Equip a melee weapon, swing it in the air , and use the "Void Targeting" mechanic to command the clone to attack a distant target.
- Observe that the clone successfully attacks the remote target despite the main body not attacking or being nearby.
