After returning from a cave to the surface and then mounting Big Woby, Walter will sometimes bob up and down in his seat and can't really move Woby far in any direction. He will say the quote for when he mounts Woby over and over again.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Exit cave.
2. Immediately mount Big Woby.
3. Try to move in any direction.
