attacked with a torch threw it instead of hitting with torch (did not have torch throwing skill unlocked), this caused torch to disappear because skinned torch didn't have animation and then was lying on ground. Upon picking up torch, the game crashed.

attack while holding torch, pick up torch
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
