This is a bit of a re-report of an older bug, but thermals stones don't heat up next to heat sources while inside of the Ice Crystaleyezer radius if it's during a season with a high global temperature.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an Ice Crystaleyezer during Summer with a Scaled Furnace in it's radius.
2. Drop a thermal stone next to the furnace.
3. Observe how it struggles to go above a certain heat the deeper it is into summer.
