Taking off the Mourning Glory imbued with an elixir and then putting it back on again will cause the elixir effect to disappear.

  It can be seen that Wendy has drunk the elixir, and the effect should be preserved within her body, but it only takes effect when she wears the Mourning Glory. Therefore, putting it back on should restore the effect.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Put on the Mourning Glory and use the elixir on it.
  2. Take off the Mourning Glory, put it back on, and check if the effect is still there.
