Switching to a Backup Chassis will make that chassis' circuits display as inactive in the side circuit menu. Taking a circuit out updates them to active again.
Steps to Reproduce
Fill your circuit slots with a bunch of circuits.
Make a Backup Chassis and swap into it.
Fill up this one too and switch back.
Notice how your circuits are a bit faulty.
