Spectrobot's charge resets each time you open its inventory

If you charge up spectrobot manually or have the body possessed while it is full charge, the charge will go away if you open the spectrobots inventory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. charge up chassis

2. possess it into a spectrobot

3. open its inventory

4. circuits will no longer be active, indicating loss of charge

Changed Status to Known Issue

Thanks for the report. The Possessed Chassis shouldn't have to manage charge as they are powered by the gestalt inside. We'll fix it next week.
