Sometimes on reload, Jimmy will be stuck hovering in place

Occasionally, when you reload the game, Jimmy will hover in place instead of following the player, and will additionally not chase the player across screens like a follower should. (If I had to guess, this would be an issue of Jimmy being incorrectly not assigned as WX's follower-- this bug also appears to work similarly to the bug that used to exist where Jimmy would hover in place and refuse to dispense a blueprint or bio data)
