Small animation bugs with Willow's spell-casting GUI

Only Spontaneous Combustion's spell badge doesn't pop out when hovering over it with the cursor:

Shadow Fire (possibly Lunar Fire as well) and Flame Cast's background fire animation has a bit of an awkward loop:

I tested shortly after disabling the hud mod I had enabled and restarting the game, and the bugs still persisted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. have willow's spell skills unlocked

2. hover over the badges
