Shockscrap dry damage has not been updated in scrapbook

The damage that shockscrap rounds do to dry targets has recently gotten a small buff, from 42 to 47 (thank you very much for both this and giving it the shock effect, by the way!). The scrapbook has not yet been updated to reflect this.
