When the rabbit king misses an attack he gets stuck for a period, but if you shock him he gets free, bc he doesn't have a stuck shock animation, and his shock state animation takes him out of the ground.
Steps to Reproduce
Wait for rabbit king to miss an attack and get stuck
Shock him
Notice how he gets free instantly bc of the shock animation
