Unsure if this is a bug. With how every Lunar Mutant and Crab King is Lunar aligned I'd imagine enemies such as the Daywalker are intended to be Shadow Aligned.
List of enemies that might be missing it:
Nightmare Werepig (Daywalker), Ancient Guardian, Damaged Clockwork, Shadow Splumonkeys, Beardlings, Beardlords, Woven Shadow.
Ancient Sentrypede might also be missing a Lunar Aligned tag.
Steps to Reproduce
Attack a listed enemy with Brightshade Sword or Armor or as Lunar Aligned Wilson.
Measure damage, notice it does not receive the 10% bonus.
