Scrapbook wrong tagging

Tools like shovels and pickaxes pitchforks and such are tagged as "Weapon" in the scrapbook instead of "Tool" like the Pan flute. This makes it hard to search for these. Is it possible to double tag them or move them to tools

Steps to Reproduce

In the scrapbook search bar search "Weapon" and "Tool"

Go to bugs
