Scrapbook DeleteAllData command not working properly

I tried using TheScrapbookPartitions:DebugDeleteAllData() , but it actually had the opposite effect

Steps to Reproduce

Type TheScrapbookPartitions:DebugDeleteAllData()  in console

Unlocks all scrapbook, does not delete

Go to bugs

Perhaps there are more convenient command to delete/forget all scrapbook?

The steps for this command internally is to have autologin turned off and start the game then run the command then login to the main menu and things should be fine then.
