Range attacks on tingle nodes, electrify the attacker

Projectiles on an active electric fence, electrify the attacker, except the electric dart:

 This also includes Walter's slingshot and also the Brightshade staff.

Another very miniscule thing I noticed testing melee weapons that I believe is just an oversight is Wurt's affinity Mudslingers ("wurt_swampitem_lunar" and "wurt_swampitem_shadow") which I believe are the only weapons that do 0 damage, hence attacking the electric fences do not electrify the attacker.

 


Steps to Reproduce

use range weapons (projectiles) on active electric fences.
(for the other tiny bug: attack the electric fences with Wurt's mudslingers, or any melee that does 0 damage)
