Rabid Rabbit King does not appear if you kill a lot of rabbits

In the game, if you kill a lot of Bunnymans, then Rabid Rabbit King will appear, but this does not work when killing rabbits.

Steps to Reproduce

Kill a lot of rabbits.

The system uses the tuning from Krampus if you have mods enabled that change Krampus it may also be modifying this. Run this command in the server console to see what the status of the component is. 

c_announce(TheWorld.components.rabbitkingmanager:GetDebugString())

Changed Status to Can't Reproduce

It turns out I didn't kill enough rabbits, everything works
