Problems in a dedicated server

idk yet if something similar has happened to someone else. I copied the files from my megabase as I normally do to the beta files to play there, but when the server loads more than half of all the decorations and objects and chests have disappeared and it only happens to me in the beta in the normal game everything is fine, but I'm afraid that when the official update comes out this will happen to me

Ii also removed the mods I had which were geometric placement, boss announcement, show me, combined status,
 apiworldgem and epic health bar and started the world in normal game without any mods and it also works perfectly for me, 
s so I copied that same one file without mods to the beta and now it directly gives me an error
