Most likely an oversight from the Balatro update. I didn't know Pearl also bows to players wearing Bee Queen Crown until today, albeit her quotes are obviously mocking. Sadly she still bows if the Bee Queen Crown's skin is the Fool's Crown, unlike other characters, who would laugh and openly mock that.
It's PEARLMAS, what the heck, please klei, let our crabby old lady laugh to her heart's content 
Steps to Reproduce
1. Approach Pearl
2. Compare her reactions when the character wears normal Bee Queen Crown and the same crown with "Fool's Crown" skin
