So, the new twintailed hearts cannot be pulled by other players (the wortox has the skill which allows others to pull them) strangely enough the twintailed hearts crafted before the patch still retained full functionality. (strangely, wortox seems to be able to craft functional ones now???)
Steps to Reproduce
Just craft a twintailed heart with all the skills and have another player try to pull it
